It’s hard to think of many elite entrepreneurs with neurotypical brains.

The list goes on.

I’ve noticed a higher than average prevalence of neurodiversity in successful entrepreneurs, compared to wider society.

In my opinion, the biggest benefit to actively recruiting neurodivergent people is REDUCED GROUP THINK.

If business is about solving problems, you want creative problem solvers on your team, not competitors’.

Branson himself once said the world needs more dyslexic thinking. He’s right — neurodiversity is a superpower.
