UK Hotzones… Property For Sale
After a time of limited supply for estate agents, the amount of new listings coming on the market is growing in several places.
This hasn’t yet resulted in a decrease in the number of people trying to buy a home, and the market remains intense.
Over the previous 12 months, the number of houses for sale in the UK has climbed by 8%.
The figure in the East Midlands and the South East is closer to 10%.
The most significant increase in inventory compared to the previous year are the following:
📍 Bexhill, East Sussex — 88%
📍 Chelmsford, Essex — 58%
📍 Burton-On-Trent, Staffordshire — 54%
📍 Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands — 37%
📍 St. Albans, Hertfordshire — 36%
📍 Bradford, West Yorkshire — 26%
