Should You Take Advantage Of Low Mortgage Rates While They Are Still Available?

It’s remarkable (to those of a certain age) that the UK Bank Rate has remained at 0.1 percent for another month.

For a long time, borrowing money to invest in property has been quite inexpensive.

However, is that set to change?

The ongoing mini-boom in UK property, in my opinion, now appears to be fueled by a new factor:

> Investors who want to lock in a record-low rate on a mortgage for the next five years BEFORE rates start to rise.

Because many investors and homebuyers expect interest rates to climb soon. Either December or the start of the new year.

And, if inflation continues to climb — the Bank of England predicts inflation to reach 5% by April next year — then purchasing a property BEFORE interest rates rise AND inflation rises appears to be a wise move.
