Growth Mindset Outshines The Hustle Mentality

Is it just me, or is the whole “hustle culture” thing I see in my newsfeed completely overrated?

All these influencers think the key to success is working themselves into the ground, sacrificing health, relationships and lives for the slog.

Maybe it’s an age thing, but that’s not sustainable at all. The hustle lifestyle will burn you out before you know it. You’ll always be in frantic, reactive mode, chasing the next shiny object.

If you’re playing the long game with a growth mindset, you’re less likely to burn out and more likely to create permanent value.
