NFTs, on the other hand, promises a world beyond REIT-style investing.
Many more possibilities emerge as a result of NFT’s use of the blockchain, such as how title ownership is transferred and identity is formed.
In my opinion, NFTs will reach a tipping point in the property market where they will become the standard — and the shift will be swift when it does happen.
But we are still a long way off. And the underlying asset (UK property) continues to be an appealing investment for any investor, even without NFTs.
